Águas de Lindóia é uma estância hidromineral de montanha situada na região do Circuito das Águas Paulista, e tem como vizinhas as cidades de Serra Negra, Socorro e Amparo. A cidade surgiu ao redor das fontes minerais que intrigaram os tropeiros que passavam pela região, no século XIX, em busca do ouro.

Águas de Lindóia emerged around the mineral springs that intrigued the drovers who passed through the region in the nineteenth century, in search of gold. They noticed that their injuries and improved their horses to bathe in the waters that flowed there.


Em 1913, Dr. Tozzi, vindo da Itália a convite do padre italiano Carmine D´Angelo, pároco da cidade de Socorro, construía seu pequeno consultório e dando início ao uso das águas do local para uso terapêutico. Em 1926, conseguiu através de sua influência, trazer para cá a renomada cientista Madame Curie, prêmio Nobel de Química e Física que, analisando nossas águas, constatou suas propriedades terapêuticas. Em 1929 surgia o Hotel Glória (hoje, Grande Hotel Glória), dando início ao turismo na cidade.

In 1913, Dr. Tozzi from Italy at the invitation of the Italian priest Carmine D´ Angelo, parish priest of the town of Socorro, built your small office and initiating the use of local waters for therapeutic use. In 1926, managed through your influence, bring here the renowned scientist Madame Curie, Nobel Prize in chemistry and physics, that analyzing our waters found their therapeutic properties. In 1929 came the Hotel Gloria (today, Great Hotel Glory), thus beginning the tourism in the city.


Águas de Lindóia está muito bem localizada. Situa-se a 157 km de São Paulo e 75 km de Campinas. Pode ser acessada via ônibus ou de carro. A organização do congresso irá indicar transfers dos aeroportos de Guarulhos (São Paulo) e de Campinas para facilitar a chegada de congressistas dos outros estados e de outros países.

Águas de Lindóia is very well located. It is a 157 km and 75 km from Campinas, accessed by bus or car. The Organization of Congress will indicate transfers from the airports of Guarulhos (São Paulo) and from Campinas to facilitate the arrival of participants from other States and other countries.

É composto por um conjunto de amplas salas, área para exposição, e toda infraestrutura para a realização do CBPol.

The Majestic Hotel Events Centre is located next to the Hotel in a quiet area and easy access inside Águas de Lindóia, address: Praça Dr. Vincent Rizzo, 160- Centre, SP, 13940-000. The events center of the Hotel Majestic, although annexed to the hotel has its own access.
